She&#8217;s passionate about women\u2019s health and the way needs evolve over time. Her toolkit involves individualised herbal formulas, nutritional medicines, diet coaching, flower essences, cycle awareness and lifestyle guidance to offer a holistic approach to your treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working with Sophie is a collaboration and she will hold space for you to share and discover the stories in your body, mind and soul. Sophie has developed a practice of Menstrual Cycle Awareness and delights in empowering women with understanding about their own bodies and the power within them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When needed, the naturopathic approach to testing allows us to investigate your health concerns and shed light on the underlying causes of your symptoms.
